Cancellation Policy

Time is valuable for everyone. To ensure that I can continue to provide exceptional service to everyone, please review my cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee of the total service amount. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, I may need to shorten your treatment time to accommodate the next client. Full payment is required for the scheduled service. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a FULL CHARGE for the scheduled service. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee.
